Harold Twyford-Jones Junior Development Fund
This fund was established in 1974 from the Estate of the Late Harold Twyford-Jones, who was Secretary of this Association from 1969 to 1973.
The fund is able to be used to assist junior tennis players to travel interstate from NSW to participate in tennis competitions.
Applications close on 30 June in each calendar year. The Association will, in July each year, consider applications for financial assistance (to a maximum of $500). The Fund will cease to exist from 30 June 2022.
Only one application will be allowed per athlete in any 12 month period.
Eligibility Criteria
- Currently resides within a geographical boundary of a current Hardcourt Association in the Metropolitan area; and
- Has participated in the Hardcourt Interdistrict Competition within last 12 months; and
- Must be a financial member of TNSW and one of the 14 Hardcourt Associations Affiliates; and
- Must be 18 years and under; and
- Must provide details of how the financial assistance will be used.
